The Baker’s Cupboard advice

Using muffin or larger cases like ours are better so you have more of a sponge compared to smaller sized cases such as fairy cakes

Only fill your cases until it is two thirds full.  Always leave some room for the cupcake to rise.  If you want a head on a muffin fill to three quarters full.

Always let your cupcakes cool down first before placing them in a storage container.

An oven thermometer can be a useful tool so that the oven doesn’t get too hot or too cold.  The right temperature can ensure your cupcakes turn out just right!
