At The Bakers Cupboard, we aim to ensure that all goods purchased are of the highest quality and standards. However, in the unlikely event you are not completely satisfied with your product, we will be happy to recieve the goods back. The following criteria must be met for a full refund:
Please contact us for a returns number by stating your original order number, items you wish to return and reason for return. We cannot accept returns without a valid returns number.
All returns are sent at your own cost and own risk.
If you require a replacement, please state this when contacting us.
Refund will be issued to the same method of payment used for the original order.
We will refund you the full cost of the item (if criteria met above), however shipping costs are non-refundable.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the items are not in its original condition or packaging.
We advise all customers to return goods via recorded delivery and to keep the proof of postage.
If you are returning an item purchased as part of one of our special offers, the value of the original discount will be offset against this return.
Exceptions: All our edibles and food items including the fresh lines are excluded from returns due to food safety and hygiene reasons.
If there is a fault, damage or items are wrongly delivered to you, we will offer a full refund. Please refer to terms and conditions for full details.
